Dear WORLD MEMORIAL,
my idea is to create a second level, a "memorial level". This would be a galleria structure, about 100 ft above ground, transforming
those millions of flags from all over the country into a 3 dimensional urban memorial space. A public commemoration area, more to live in, than to look at.
The ground level itself could be then designed in a
very flexible way - by the time - and give free access to any future urban requirements.
