“TO SEE A WORLD IN A GRAIN OF SAND AND HEAVEN IN A WILD FLOWER HOLD INFINITY IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND AND ETERNITY IN AN HOUR - William Blake
The brutality
and dimension of this disaster will always exist in the future of World Trade Center. The memorial I propose will have a place in the WTC heart.
This monument will be a simple structure alive with water
and fire, with a big candle that represents an oasis of silence, transparence and reflection, gardens and flowers. Many flowers.
People interaction against the contrasting steam walls.
Visitors in the gardens, bringing flower thoughts and love to the memories of those lost.
Eight ways reach the candle.
There are flower down in the floor and up in the building. Roads and angels, light, water and fire make a great and alive commemoration day, day and night forever.
