Rising to a height of 1,500 feet which, I believe, would then make it the world's tallest permanent man-made structure.
There will undoubtedly be many arguments
against it -- as there were before the first pyramid or the Eiffel Tower were built -- but upon completion it would instantly become the most recognizable edifice on earth.
The families of the victims deserve no less.
