- The office building surrounds a scale model (1/3 scale perhaps) of the WTC
monument, in effect, shielding it from harm.
- The opening of the cylinder could be in line with a street that diverges around the building.
This concept might satisfy those
who want to replace office space, and those who want a monument
to represent the catastrophe.
