Dear WORLD-MEMORIAL,
Build back both towers just as tall as they were, however, only the bottom half of each one should be office space. The top halves should be
hollow space, as in the Washington Monument, that would be a memorial to those who died. The NY skyline will be back to the way it was, which many people have expressed a desire for, but since a lot of
people would now be hesitant to work on or rent on the top floors of such a tall building again, it makes sense to only have the bottom 50 or so floors be office space.
